Annual Conference

The SDEC sponsors an annual convention to provide educational opportunites for SDEC members. Visit the  SDEC Convention page to find the schedule for the next state convention.

Local Chapters:

For local chapter activities, contact the SDEC Chapter in your area.

Course Approval Form:

The SD Electrical Commission requires that each licensed electrician in South Dakota completes at least 16 hours of approved continuing education classes during every two year licensing term.  The form needed to request pre-approval can be obtained by clicking here and then printing it out. This is provided for use by the individual Chapters, as each Chapter must submit their continuing education courses for pre-approval.
