Ed Larsen is the Manager of Industry Standards for Circuit Protection for Schneider Electric USA. He is responsible for representing Schneider on numerous UL, CSA, NEMA and IEEE standards committees and represents NEMA on NEC Code Making Panel 11. He has worked for Square D/Schneider Electric for over 35 years, has authored several technical papers and magazine articles and frequently speaks to groups on circuit breaker applications, code compliance and similar topics. Ed lives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with his wife. He is the father of two grown children and will soon be a grandfather for the fourth time.
